Neville Blakemore
With over 30 years of professional experience, Neville Blakemore has established a career with distinct areas of concentration in entrepreneurialism, non-profits, and civic engagement.
​
In the private sector, Neville has worked as a business owner and entrepreneur. He has served in executive management roles related to all aspects of high growth companies with multiple divisions located across the country: strategic vision and implementation, sales and marketing, operations and manufacturing, M&A, investor relations, public relations, customer service, finance, accounting, and human resources.
​
Neville has served on the Boards of Directors and/or Ad Hoc Committees of more than 30 non-profits. These non-profits span a wide range of areas, such as arts and culture, criminal justice reform, civic engagement, community foundations, economic development, local tax modernization, parks and recreation, post-secondary education, publicly financed arenas, racial and economic justice, regional airlift capacity, urban development, and at-risk youth.

Neville has also worked extensively with Democrat and Republican law makers, think-tanks, grassroots organizations, and lobbyists. He has actively engaged local government officials on economic development, at-risk youth, and criminal justice reform issues.
​
A graduate of Macalester College, with a Major in History, he holds an M.B.A. from Boston University's School of Management. Neville is married to Jessica Bird, a #1 New York Times bestselling author, and they have a daughter.
